LAC ISD Facilities Reinvestment Program and Client Funded Program

GCC provides Project Engineer staff augmentation overseeing closeout for more than 430 projects for the County of Los Angeles Internal Services Department Facility Reinvestment Program (FRP) and Client Funded Projects (CFP) Program. GCC coordinates with ISD project managers to track close-out status, compile required documentation, assemble client turnover packages, and actively facilitates the closeout process to aid project managers in achieving final completion for each project. GCC supports project managers and administrators in maintaining the sustainability of the Facilities Reinvestment Program (FRP) and Client Funded Program (CFP), performs quality assurance and quality control checks on data input into eBuilder, and creates and maintains spreadsheets for additional data tracking.  Additionally, GCC’s PE is responsible for drafting the weekly report that provides a project status on high-profile projects to upper management and drafting project completion reports used in marketing to potential clients.
