Scope: GCC was contracted by ContiFederal to deliver facilitated Partnering for the new Ellsworth Air Force Base Weapons Loader Training Facility (WLTF) at Ellsworth AFB, Rapid City SD.

Major stakeholders: Include US Army Corps of Engineers Omaha District, US Air Force, Air Force Civil Engineer Center, Air Force Global Strike Command, Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office, Jacobs, and ContiFederal.

Project Description: The Ellsworth Air Force Base Weapons Loader Training Facility project will focus on renovating the “Pride Hangar” at the base into weapons loader training (WLT) bays. The revamped space will feature aircraft fuselage mock-ups and includes the renovation of administrative, training, and utility areas, thereby improving the overall functionality and efficiency of the facility.
