Scope: GCC was contracted by PMB Development to deliver facilitated Alignment and Partnering for the new LifePoint / UC Irvine Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility in Irvine, CA.
Major stakeholders: UC Irvine, LifePoint Health, DPR, Taylor Design, and PMB.
Project Description: The project will function as an inpatient rehabilitation facility in Irvine, California. Spanning across an area of 68,000 square feet, it will encompass 52 beds, provide employment for 200 people, and have one level of underground parking.
