Scope: GCC was contracted by SeaPac Engineering Inc. on behalf of the Department of State, Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) to deliver facilitated Partnering for the new Marine Security Guard Residence and New Office Annex in Tunis, Tunisia.
Major stakeholders: Included Department of State, Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO), and SeaPac Engineering Inc. as the Design-Builder.
Project Description: This project is an expansion of the existing US Embassy Compound in the Les Berges du Lac neighborhood on the Mediterranean Seain Tunis, Tunisia. It consists of three components: 1) Design and construct new 1,313 m² Marine Security Guard Residence (MSGR) with a Basketball Court and Associated Site work; 2) Design and renovate the existing MSGR into Office Annex; 3) Replacement of Underground Fire Mains.
