Scope: GCC was contracted by Herman Construction to deliver facilitated Partnering for the Fire Alarm Replacement and Fire Suppression Repair project at Mule Creek State Prison, Ione, CA.
Major stakeholders: Include California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Vanir, Arrington Watkins Architects, and Herman Construction.
Project Description: The Mule Creek State Prison Fire Alarm Replacement and Fire Suppression Repair Project scope includes replacement of the fire alarm control panels, network connections, detection device replacement, along with various fire and life safety repair items that were identified in comprehensive studies of the fire alarm systems. The result of this project will be a comprehensive system for the entire facility.
