GCC is currently engaged in preliminary planning with the Los Angeles Department of Public Works to design and construct the new $468M Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Crime Laboratory, Probation Department, Internal Services Division (ISD), and Sports Complex in Downey, California.
Working with the county DPW and their designers, GCC will assist various county departments and agencies with implementing a collaborative partnering program designed to ensure that multiple county stakeholder agencies and departments, as well as design and construction professionals, maintain the cohesive vision, mission, and covenants necessary to deliver this complex facility to the citizens of Los Angeles County.
