Port of Long Beach Fireboat House No. 15

GC-LLC has worked closely with project managers and designers to provide professional partnering and facilitation for the Port of Long Beach Fireboat-house project. Grabowski consulting has provided hands-on facilitation and partnering to all 27 lead project heads in order to allow a smooth and effortless partnering transition.

The $31Million dollar boat-house will feature brand new facilities to combat fire endangerment at the Port of Long Beach. GCC-LLC prides itself in providing partnering mentorship to the project members to help further protect residents and commercial vessels at the Port of Long Beach. Companies involved in the project include Neubauer, Simplus, Kincaid, and Dress-Grey. GCC-LLC additionally provided cohesive support to all facets of project management and team relationship development. We were able to clearly distinguish clear project goals, values, and actions necessary to improve project productivity. The Project has a Substantial Completion Date of April 16th, 2021.

GCC-LLC also provided personalized support when it came to ensuring all team members remained on schedule. By prioritizing project goals and establishing personal connections with all parts of the project Grabowski Consulting was able to fully capture the concerns and difficulties that the staff needed to solve. By establishing tangible and feasible goals that the group can view, we can provide all project members a new level of accountability.

GCC Services: Partnering

“I have the opportunities to work with multiple partnering facilitators over the long tenure of my professional life in the construction industry. What sets Gregory/GCC apart is his collaborative approach of bringing the teams together, especially in the times of a project when difficult conversations are avoided by all. He is a master of bringing the stakeholders to the table, resolve disputes/conflicts at the lowest level or escalates to the next level as soon as possible, minimizing negative impacts to the team. He persistently presents his unbiased independent opinions/observations of the project issues in partnering meetings. It is my experience that every penny invested in GCC produces multi-fold returns. I look forward to work with GCC for any future opportunity.”
