GCC is currently contracted to conduct formal Partnering on behalf of the Department of State, Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) as a pilot project to determine if Partnering would be a viable addition to nurture the spirit of collaboration on current and future OBO construction projects worldwide.
Gregory Grabowski is currently conducting Partnering facilitation services on behalf of this team both domestically and on-site in Kampala, Uganda.
