Scope: GCC was contracted RLF Architects to deliver facilitated Partnering for the El Paso VA Health Care Center project at Fort Bliss in El Paso, TX.
Major stakeholders: US Department of Veterans Affairs–Construction and Facilities Management Central, US Army Corps of Engineers Southwest Division, El Paso VA Health Care System, and RLF Architects.
Project Description: Design-Build delivery to construct an estimated 492,996 GSF new outpatient Health Care Center on an approximately 33-acre site on Fort Bliss, TX. The project includes multiple low-rise buildings, parking, roadways, stormwater retention, future expansion, and building physical security requirements. Electrical lines, as well as water, sewer, and gas pipelines, would be constructed to serve the new health care center.
