Scope: GCC was contracted by WSP to deliver facilitated All Hands Offsite Retreat alignment for staff within the Port of Long Beach Program Management Division (PMD), located in Long Beach, California.
Major stakeholders: Port of Long Beach Program Management Division.
Project Description: This all-hands offsite retreat, this first of its kind in over 4 years, was delivered to create a new sense of team unity and focus. The program included reinvestment in relationships and renewed commitments by the team to the Division’s and the Port’s mission, cultural norms, and success metrics, as the PMD moves into post-COVID delivery of critical Port infrastructure.
