Period of Performance: July 14, 2020 to April 2023

Scope: GCC is providing Project & Construction Management Services overseeing and performing monthly site walkthroughs with the Project Management team, reviewing Change Order Requests (COR’s), Submittals and RFI issues in support of the onsite team, attending Weekly Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and providing recommendation store solve project issues and concerns. GCC’s scope also includes development and maintenance of the Baseline Construction Schedule from the existing Contract Exhibit Schedule, monthly update, narration, and distribution of the Baseline schedule, monthly site walkthroughs, development and distribution of the 3-Week Look Ahead Schedules and assisting the Project Management team with identification of delayed activities and recommended remediation activities.

Project Description: The Treehouse Hotel Project lies within an existing development bordered by N. Mathilda Avenue, Moffet Park Drive, and Bordeaux Drive in Sunnyvale, California. The Project includes a new Event Barn, new Arrival Building, new Back of House (BOH) shed, and renovations to Building 100, 300, 400, 500, Restaurant, Pool Equipment Room, and BOH building.
