Scope: GCC was contracted by the Department of the Treasury, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to deliver facilitated alignment workshops on behalf of the Workplace Servicesdepartment, in Washington DC.

Project Description: This series of internal alignment workshops included development of the Workplace Services team charter, cultural norms, and success metrics, establishing the baseline for post-COVID delivery of critical infrastructure services throughout the Department of the Treasury, nationwide.
