Scope: GCC was contracted by Hill International to deliver on-site property assessments in support of the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Airfield and Terminal Modernization Project (ATMP). GCC supported Hill International in delivering existing property assessments and reports supporting the development and implementation of concession strategies for Terminals 3, 4 and 1.5, the Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT) West Gates, the lntermodal Transportation Facility West, and the Automated People Mover West station at Los Angeles International Airport.

Project Description: The Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Airfield and Terminal Modernization Project (ATMP) focuses on airfield and terminal improvements that stay within the airport’s existing footprint, and landside (roadway) improvements that help reduce airport-related congestion and back-ups on public streets. The Project is designed to elevate the passenger experience, improve the community experience, enhance airfield safety and increase business opportunities.
