Scope: GCC was contracted by FTB JV on behalf of the Department of State, Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO)to deliver facilitated Partnering for the new US Embassy Jerusalem, Kaduri Lease Fit-Out project, located Jerusalem, Israel.
Major Stakeholders: Included Department of State, Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO), and FTB JV Construction as the Design-Builder.
Project Description: Includes the design-build of the interior fit-out of an existing commercially leased space to accommodate the GSO, FAC, RSO, and the U.S. Security Coordinator (USSC) personnel. Also includes the security improvements of a leased portion of the parking garage, and addition of Pedestrian Access Control and other physical security upgrades. The building is a newly constructed six-story office building of which DOS would occupy all of levels 4 and 5, for a total of 3,804 gross square meters.
