Scope: GCC was contracted by ContiFederal to deliver facilitated Partnering for the new FE Warren Helo Tactical Response Force (TRF) and Operations/Aircraft Maintenance Unit (AMU), located at FE Warren AFB, Cheyenne, Wy.
Major Stakeholders: Included US Army Corps of Engineers Omaha District, FE Warren AFB 90th Mission Support Group, Air Force Global Strike Command, and ContiFederal Construction.
Project Description: This project includes the construction of a new complex to include Helicopter Squadron Operations, Tactical Response Force (TRF), Alert Crew Facility, Alert Aircraft Shelter, Aircraft Maintenance Unit (AMU), Aircraft Maintenance Shelter, and Aircraft Simulator complex. Associated site improvements include new taxiways, runway, helipads, and associated airfield lighting.
