Scope: GCC was contracted by Triton Construction and Elite Construction of NY to deliver facilitated Partnering for the new Roy Wilkins Recreation Center, located in Queens, New York.
Major stakeholders: Including NYC DDC, NYC Parks, Beyer Blinder Belle, Elite Construction of NY, Triton Construction, and Arup.
Project Description: A new recreation center at Roy Wilkins Park in Queens, approximately 67,000 gsf and will include an indoor pool, full gymnasium, and walking track. The building will engage the new proposed primary park entrance while also welcoming visitors arriving from the adjacent parking area.
