Scope: GCC was contracted by PMB Development to deliver facilitated Partnering and Team Alignment for the new 18-acre campus in Riverside County, California.

Project Description: The Wellness Village at Mead Valley is an 18-acre campus comprised of five main buildings, totaling approximately 455,000 square feet. Key features include the Youth and Family Care Center; the Wellness and Education Center: The Recovery Center; The Residences; and Restorative Care. The program includes amenities that promote community interaction and holistic recovery, including green spaces and gardens for relaxation and meditation; sports courts and an activity lawn for physical activity and recreation; public market and café for community gatherings; and community meeting space for local events and activities, and will create hundreds of permanent jobs and generate millions of dollars in taxes and spending for the community.
