Scope: GCC is providing Project & Construction Management Services overseeing and performing monthly site walkthroughs with the Project Management team, reviewing Change Order Requests (COR’s), Submittals and RFI issues in support of the onsite team, attending Weekly Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and providing recommendation store solve project issues and concerns. GCC’s scope also includes development and maintenance of the Baseline Construction Schedule from the existing Contract Exhibit Schedule, monthly update, narration, and distribution of the Baseline schedule, monthly site walkthroughs, development and distribution of the 3-Week Look Ahead Schedules and assisting the Project Management team with identification of delayed activities and recommended remediation activities.

Project Description: This Type V Wood construction project includes the delivery of 1,007 high end luxury apartment units varying in size from 550 to 1,200 square feet in two multi-story structures including recreational amenities and parking. This 2-building project includes a 4-story residential building with parking garage, including roof pool deck, wrapped with Type VA wood construction and a 3-story mixed use Podium.
