Scope: GCC was contracted by Jacobs to deliver facilitated Partnering, Risk, and Value Management Workshop services for four (4) new Land Ports of Entry along the US/Canadian border.

Major stakeholders: US General Services Administration, US Department of Homeland Security, US Customs and Border Protection, Jacobs, and multiple design architects and general contractors.

Project Description: These new commercial ports will improve the flow of traffic through the LPOEs while providing a safe, functional, optimized space and infrastructure for both the tenant agencies and the traveling public, while also conforming with the U.S. CBP LPOE Design Standards.
