Paul brings 30+ years of technical, operational, and business leadership experience to GCC. He is responsible for the Partnering & Facilitation line of business at GCC and uses a collaborative and inclusive approach to decision-making, and informed intuition to help develop and guide high-performing teams through complex and diverse project challenges.
His experience includes 18+ years in executive roles with one of the world’s leading multi-national solutions providers; 10 years as the founder and managing partner of an international architectural design practice; and prior to joining GCC & Associates, three years launching a new joint venture Program Management firm in Saudi Arabia as Vice President of Growth & Strategy.
Paul has always had a passion for the outdoors has tried his hand at skydiving and driving a NASCAR vehicle. Today he focuses on less dangerous pursuits like, photography, learning to play the bass guitar, cooking, and spending time with his wife and family.
