Scope: GCC was contracted by Synder-Langston to deliver facilitated Partnering for the new Vermont Corridor DPH Building Project, located in Los Angeles, California.
Major stakeholders: Including Sydner Langston, Gensler, Public Works, and Trammell Crow Company.
Project Description: The project consists of an 88,340 SF addition to an existing 154,793 SF 12-story office building for the County of Los Angeles. The building has 11 stories of office space, a ground level lobby with support spaces, a basement level with MEP/utility spaces and a pedestrian bridge on level 8 that connects to the adjacent 21-story office building. The project will accommodate 1,400 County employees, with building amenities including pedestrian access to both short-term and long-term bicycle parking, a landscaped terrace deck and support spaces on the ground floor. The project is targeting LEED Gold certification.
