Scope: GCC was contracted by Bering Straits Professional Services (BSPS) to deliver facilitated Partnering for the renovated Joint Chiefs’ of Staff Executive Conference Facility Renovation located at the Pentagon Washington, D.C.
Major stakeholders: Including the U.S. Department of Defense, Washington Headquarters Services, Bering Straits Professional Services, and Page/.
Project Description: Design and construction to convert a suite located in the Pentagon (approximate 950 SF) from existing divided office space into a secure video teleconference (VTC) room with vestibule entry. The suite will be upgraded to meet current and relevant code requirements to include infrastructure renovation/upgrade to include highest level SCIF components.
