Scope: GCC is providing Project & Construction Management Services overseeing and performing monthly site walkthroughs with the Project Management team, reviewing Change Order Requests (COR’s), Submittals and RFI issues in support of the onsite team, attending Weekly Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and providing recommendation store solve project issues and concerns. GCC’s scope also includes development and maintenance of the Baseline Construction Schedule from the existing Contract Exhibit Schedule, monthly update, narration, and distribution of the Baseline schedule, monthly site walkthroughs, development and distribution of the 3-Week Look Ahead Schedules and assisting the Project Management team with identification of delayed activities and recommended remediation activities.

Project Description: The Lafayette (Tasman) will be a luxury rental apartment development located in Santa Clara, California. Comprised of 347 units, The Lafayette will be a seven-story building with five levels of residential above two levels of parking and a variety of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces.
