Scope: GCC was contracted to provide Construction Quality Management team leadership at this highly confidential project, which includes manufacturing, solar harvesting, parking and future growth areas.

Project Description: This Bio-Medical manufacturing campus includes 2 structures, on and offsite work improvements, landscaping, and tenant improvements for the headquarters building. The Main building is a “core & shell” medical tech office building that includes 3 stories and abasement of approximately 850,000 sf for future office “shell space” manufacturing, research, and development, a warehouse facility with employee dining, and loading docks. Site work includes on & off-site improvements for the 16.8 acre site. The Parking Structure includes a 5-level, 532,000 sf, 1,600 stall parking garage with a 100,000 sf solar array atop the 5th floor, 2 elevator banks, 4 stair towers, bicycle storage area, men’s and women’s locker room/showers, and a Central Utility Plant serving the entire campus.
