Gregory Grabowski, PE, LEED AP | President

Gregory Grabowski

Mr. Grabowski brings 30 years of architectural, engineering, construction, and operational leadership experience to design, construction management and partnering, bringing owners, creative, and technical teams together to deliver cost effective projects.

Gregory holds multiple design and technical licenses and brings 31 years of leadership experience with creative, design, and technical professionals, bringing owners, investors, and execution teams together to deliver cost effective projects. 

With successful experience leading classified federal DoD, FAA, GSA and commercial projects, and 22 years as a US Navy Surface Warfare Officer, Gregory has led interdisciplinary teams on four continents.

On a personal level, Gregory is an accomplished open ocean sailor and has motorcycled to the Arctic Circle and across the Bolivian Andes.

Len Vetrone

Mr. Vetrone brings over 35 years of strategic and operational leadership experience in multiple delivery methods across a diverse portfolio of market sectors in the built environment. Len’s approach is to become a valued business partner to his clients by optimizing their mission and objectives in asset management, design, and construction.

Len’s passion is to assist in creating and sustaining high performance teams to exceed the ultimate goals of a project or organization. He has hands-on knowledge as a member of the executive team at general contracting and development companies ranging from family owned to international, publicly traded firms. As a result, Len offers an informed perspective regarding business development, marketing, and operations to a variety of organizations regardless of size.

Len is currently a Board Member of the International Partnering Institute (IPI) and the Center for Innovation in the Design and Construction Industry (CIDCI). These positions afford him the opportunity to leverage his experience, energy, and intellect to impact the industry including the latest use of technology.

Len is an avid hiker, fly fisherman, and tennis player. He has strong family values and enjoys time spent with friends and relatives watching live sporting events.

Ali Khallaf | Director, Planning and Program Management

Ali khalaf

In his capacity as the Director of Program and Project Management, Ali brings comprehensive input that adds value to GCC capabilities in terms of providing Program and PM/CM services.  With over 41 years of experience, serving in many roles, including project manager, director of projects, project executive, and operations manager as well as leading several operations in A/E and Program and Project Management.  Ali’s experience includes mega projects spanning through residential townships, infrastructure, hospitality, healthcare facilities, educational facilities, corporate headquarters and other institutional buildings meeting and in most cases exceeding Client’s expectations.  Ali worked for several internationally recognized PM/CM, A/E, Masterplanning and Developers applying his capabilities to direct and manage the activities of complex and multiple projects as well as monitoring the performance of project leaders in multiple client environments. Ali is a member with American Society of Civil Engineer (ASCE), Project Management Institute (PMI) and Construction Institute (CI).

Wayne Brulé

Mr. Wayne Brulé serves as GCC Senior Project Manager. He has over 25+ years of extensive OSHPD experience and management of large-scale commercial and government construction projects. Wayne works with diverse teams of professionals in the management of multi-million-dollar renovations and new builds that incorporate complex equipment and multi-use facilities. 

Wayne enjoys golf, basketball, football and NHRA Drag Racing. He’s taken on a few old car and truck restorations. He likes listening to smooth jazz and has a collection of 45, 33, and 78 CD’s.

Don is a seasoned Program/Project Management Executive with a rich career, leading the professional teams who have delivered many large, complex building projects. Over $2B in successful projects have been delivered in the past several years. He has a solid project history with OSHDP, DSA, CEQA, DTSA, DOT, and DWP.

Lorinda loves to ride bicycles. She owns three and has rode them in 11 different states.

Mr. Hogrebe currently attends The University of California Irvine as a applied physics student. He helps the office with his tech and IT support. He is also quick to support any other issues that arise.

In his free time, Garrick enjoys dancing and building things with arduinos.
