GCC LLC is currently providing construction management services to Huntington hospital. The current position is serving their facilities management infrastructure projects. The projects are designed to
address current needs as well as building a strong infrastructure for future hospital expansions. The projects address critical systems requiring phasing as to limit interruptions to the medical center.
Supporting Projects are as follows:
Voice/ Data communications upgrade
Mechanical equipment replacement & upgrade
Central Plant Cooling Equipment Upgrade
Construction Management services include oversite of daily construction progress of general contractors, interface with design teams to resolve problems; managing project cost; quality control. Daily communications with hospital staff, facilities & construction department. Active participation in the selection of design professionals and general contractors preparing Request for Proposal services (RFP).
Beginning in June 2019 phase 2 of the communications project will resume upgrading voice/data communications.
